for both displays? This may involve selecting each display, and sending me over a screenshot of the “display settings” with each display highlighted.Īlso, if you could please keep everything connected and send us the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug -> as this will allow us to examine some log files from your system to help determine the next steps. Would it be possible to send over a screen shot of the “Display Settings” so that I can see the display numbers, resolution, scale settings etc. I am sorry that you are experiencing such a strange error, but I would be happy to assist.īased on the configuration of the monitors, the monitor types and the connections you are using, I am wondering if the scale and layout for your two monitors is different.

This is not much of an issue for me.Thank you so much for reaching out to us.

Since you can switch dual off in a second or back on. So when gaming I find the easiest thing to do is switch to single monitor mode for older games, this prevents the mouse from sliding over to the wrong screen or other issues.īasically I don't encounter any issues in my usage except the mouse sliding off the screen while gaming when I have both monitors set up. I don't have any dual screen aware games. I don't bother trying to play games on the secondary because windows is not so good at that. And I have no issues making either screen the primary and playing games on it. Games tend to like playing on the primary. Often I will reverse that and run full screen video on the primary and full screen VNC to work on the secondary. Though video won't overlap boths screens simultaneously with my settings, not that I would want it to. I am watching full screen video on the secondary, while using the primary to surf. I have no trouble playing video (fullscreen or windowed) on either screen. This sounds like a different issue from the OP.
