If you are using a mod that causes Radio New Vegas to have an EnableParent, this is accounted for (as of v2.15), unless that EnableParent is the player, in which case you'll see a message about it. There are times when this mod will need to disable the radio briefly to respond to certain features. Note that mods which edit things via script will not turn up as conflicts in 圎dit. There are no known fully incompatible mods, but if another mod touches Radio New Vegas (even if it doesn't advertise it, which is why it's good to check in 圎dit), you can either move it higher in the load order or remove it to try to narrow down the problem. If using the translation ESP, that should be loaded after MusicPackRNV.esp. If I've missed a bug fix, let me know and I'll include it in an update. All known vanilla bugs are fixed in this mod. Keep this mod loaded after anything that modifies Radio New Vegas (assuming it's compatible).
